Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

For the air fryer shrimp

  • 1 to 2 lbs Large Shrimp deveined but not peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper

For garnish

  • Fresh parsley minced
  • Limes sliced into wedges

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, garlic and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 to 10 minutes to 350 degrees.
  • Spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the shrimp, and mix until fully coated.
  • Transfer the shrimp to the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes at, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Transfer shrimp to a bowl and serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, lime wedges and a spicy aioli.
  • Add a small bowl to the table for the discarded shells.
