Cannoli Cones

Cannoli without all the fuss.

Ingredients

  • 12 12 waffle or sugar cones
  • 1/3 c. melted chocolate
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 c. whole milk ricotta
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips

 

Directions

    1. Step 1

      Dip the top of each cone in melted chocolate. Stand the cones upright in tall shot glasses while the chocolate sets.

    2. Step 2In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
    3. Step 3Gradually add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.
