Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or pork panko
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or your favorite herb blend
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a
